General inquiries

The quickest way to reach Trivet Software is by email. We read every message and typically reply within two business days, though complex matters may take longer.

Please email support@trivetsoftware.com with your question. Including context — the app or version involved, the behavior you observed, and the device or operating system you were using — will help us respond usefully on the first try.

App support

For issues with one of our mobile applications, please include the app name, the version number (visible on the app's settings or about screen), your device model, and your operating system version. Screenshots or a short description of the steps to reproduce the issue are helpful when applicable.

Privacy & data requests

Requests related to personal information — including access, correction, deletion, and portability — should be sent to support@trivetsoftware.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will acknowledge receipt within seven days and respond substantively within thirty.
